Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MetroBizHub platform at metrobizhub.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
1. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Annual plans are billed yearly; monthly plans are billed monthly. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before renewal.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, upload unlawful content, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or violate applicable securities regulations. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the portfolio and investor data you process.
4. Service availability
We target 99.99% uptime and publish status at status.metrobizhub.com. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
5. Intellectual property
MetroBizHub retains all rights to the Service. You retain all rights to the data you upload. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your data is available for export for 90 days and then securely deleted.
