MetroBizHub Inc. (“MetroBizHub,” “we,” “us”) operates the platform at metrobizhub.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform to manage real estate investment trust (“REIT”) operations, investor relations, and compliance reporting.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, work email, company, and role.
- Portfolio data: asset records, holdings, distribution schedules, and investor information you choose to upload.
- Usage data: device, browser, interaction logs, and performance telemetry.
2. How we use information
We process information to provide and improve the platform, process distributions and reporting, secure and audit the service, communicate with you, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Data sharing
We share data only with subprocessors that support core operations (cloud hosting, transaction processing, email delivery) under written agreements, and where required by law. We never sell your data.
4. Data security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is least-privilege and logged. We retain data for the duration of your agreement and securely delete it within 90 days of termination, subject to legal hold requirements.
5. Your rights
